Loss

This weekend we learned that my grandmother had passed away. Grandma Henkels led an amazing life, from driving a Model-T to riding the Concord, and so I look forward to celebrating her this weekend in Florida. Erin and I will be leaving to the states earlier than we had originally planned, and it is now unlikely that we will be spending much time in Florida at the end of our trip. (Besides the bluegrass show Chopper!) So, the calendar is changing again, but, for the good, as we will now have a little more time to spend in Asheville and Atlanta...two places who were getting the proverbial shaft previously.

Oh, our new truck was stolen as well. It is now likely in the jungle of Colombia. Yeah, bummer of a week.
